Compustar PRO T13 Remote Starter

Big tech. Tiny remote. Compustar's new T13 remote start-equipped security system is simple and smart. The T13 also adds a number of access and convenience features to the remote, including a proximity unlock. Especially convenient if your hands are full, the remote acts like an electronic key without having to press a button. Be within about three feet of the car, and POP – the door unlocks for you. As a security measure, you’ll still need the key to drive the car. The two-way remote is full color, has a three-mile range and is submersible. It is one of the thinnest remotes ever made. The company credits the technical advances in PCB technology as the reason the remote borders on the thinness of a cellular phone. The remote itself is built to last for several years of regular use.

Best Purchase of the Year!

I LOVE the Compustar - 2-Way CSX Remote Start System/LTE Module - Black! I've had it for a week now and it's made my life so much easier and way more comfortable.

I ordered it on Nov. 13 but had to wait until Dec. 1st for an appointment at BestBuy to install it. 100% worth the wait. The actual installation took a little under 2 hours.

It only comes with one key fob (which is small, sturdy, and comfortable to hold) but it's perfect! Or you can use the app on the phone and thats what I've mostly been using to remote start my car.

I work night shifts and its been in the low 20°s when I finish my shift. I just open up my Drone App 10 minutes before my shift is over, turn on my car from the middle of my warehouse, and by the time I finish my shift my car is all warmed up! The Drone App even tells me the temperature inside of my car so I can decide to wait until its warm enough before I go outside! The Drone App is very useful! It gives you the live status of your car and you can even put a picture of it and name it, mine is called "Little Blue".

Luckily, I found this as a Daily Deal for $299.99 with Installation and a Hardwire Harness Kit. After tax it was exactly $317.99! I absolutely recommend this remote starter, it's an excellent product. Keep an eye out for it on the Daily Deal!

One thing tho: The Drone App is only free for 30 days. Afterwards it's a monthly subscription of $5.99 per month, or less if you pay up front for the 1-year, 3-year, or 5-year. Personally this is not a deal breaker, with the money I saved with the Daily Deal it's still an great price.

Remote Start and MUCH more

Looking to add some tech features to your car along with remote start? This system is EXACTLY that. I love having the ability to not only start and lock my car from anywhere, but i can track its location too! In addition to that you can add your maintenance schedule for alerts and it gives you vehicle status' such as current ambient temp and battery voltage. The only downside is that it only comes with one remote, but that is quickly overcome by the functionality of the drone app. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this unit to anyone looking for a remote start system.

Stopped Kia Boys

After having my vehicle boosted from work two months ago, I installed this system when I got my car back two weeks ago. Within this short amount of time, the alarm system was put into action. Working in the city again, my key fob, and corresponding app on my phone and watch alerted the glass had been broken. I ran outside to see it had been. The blaring alarm scared away the thugs and alerted surrounding bystanders, one of them getting the license plate for police. I would highly recommend. At times the alarm does go off if you hit the lock button too many times or too quickly, or locking the vehicle through the DroneMobile app sometimes sets the alarm off. Potentially user error - but I'd rather it go off more times than not.
