We have had a up tic in breaking in cars lately and this alarm helps me sleep, notifies me by phone and key fob on any triggers, real time gps monitor and a app called drone (the best customer service). My remote went out and I contacted them and I got a quick response and helpful info... thanks Compustar and Firstect the warranty department, remote came and working fine
