The system was installed in one business day. Insulation appears, professional. You can access the system via the key fob that comes with it or the iPhone app so that you always have access to your car alarm system. The key fob itself could be confusing, but there are extensive easily printed online directions which are very helpful. overall, this was a satisfactory experience and I hope to have many years of service through this company and with this product.
